I was blown away at the knowledge and professionalism displayed while working on my bikes.

I didn't have many expectations but for the "clicking" to stop when the bikes were done. I watched Steve work on my bikes for a few minutes and what I observed was an amazing level of attention to detail. He adjusted things that I didn't even mention because they weren't a big deal, which showed his overall care for our bikes.

The test ride of the bikes was what really sold me on his service. The bikes felt better than new. We'd only had them for about 6 months, but in that time the had settled in and needed an adjustment.

Steve came by on time as promised to tune up our 2 Rad City E bikes. Some bike stores will not work on them, due to being to heavy. Steve thoroughly went thru them and stopped to talk with us, showing why and what he was doing. Very professional and a gentleman. Prices were fair. Highly recommend.

My old Rock Hopper needed a tune up with an updated seat, handle grips, cables and shifter. The works! Steve arrived on time, his "shop" was immaculately clean, he assessed what was needed, and some wants, too. Gave me great options and suggestions. No pressure and it was a great experience! I rode this morning and everything was exactly as expected, even my sore bicycle seat bones. Loved that he came to my home!

He will come to your home or business with his mobile bike repair trailer outfitted with all kinds of parts. Steve will assess the condition of your bike and then review suggested repairs.with you. Once a plan is in place he is on point making repairs to get your ride back in roadworthy shape. His service even includes a full bike wash! Steve is very knowledgeable and I go to him for all of my cycling needs. He is the best of the best!! I won't even trust my bike with anyone else. He even took my daughters cheap Walmart bike and made it run so much smoother. Steve is the man!!

Great bike service! And the best part is that they come to your door to do it. No need driving to a bike store to drop your bike off and then going back later to pick it up. This apppointment was for my daughter's bike and it was great for them to come out and complete all the work need in about an hour. They did a great job, and I would totally recommend them to any one in the Boise/Meridian ID area that needs their bike fixed or just needs a tune up. Wonderful service!!!

It was my first time using a mobile bike service and I'd highly recommend it. Steve went over all of my options and then provided a detailed assessment of what I might want to repair. I didn't feel as though he was up-selling or recommending repairs I didn't need. He patiently showed me why various components were either excessively worn or had malfunctioned. I had everything addressed and repaired in the single visit without the need for phone calls or emails asking for permission to do certain things. And I had the opportunity to watch him work. His expertise and efficiency was wonderful to watch.
